The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process to bring non-Catholics into the faith. Anyone seeking information or interested in becoming a part of this community of faith can call the director of RCIA, Donn Tourscher at (570)-928-9361.
Steps to join RCIA and the Catholic Church:
1. Fill out the Pre-Catechumenate Questionnaire Form and send it to P O Box 307 Dushore, PA 18614 (form is below).
2. Schedule an interview: Since it is difficult to discern how to best help you enter the Catholic faith, it is necessary for each candidate to be interviewed before entering RCIA. Call IHM Parish office at (570)-928-8865 to schedule your interview.

4. Attend RCIA classes: RCIA classes begin in November at St. Basil's hall. Catechumens will normally be dismissed from the 9:30 AM Mass in order to attend formational classes.
